Credit Policy:

Credit facilities, if extended, are agreed upon individually based on order volume, payment history, and overall business relationship.

●       No universal credit terms are published on the platform.

●       Any late payments beyond the agreed credit period may lead to suspension of credit facilities or interest charges.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: 

All transactions are conducted strictly under mutually agreed business terms between Kapsons Agencies and the retailer.

●       Return policy is as per the agreed trade terms with the individual retailer.

●       Any disputes should be resolved through direct communication between Kapsons Agencies and the retailer.
