  1. Delivery Locations

We deliver exclusively within Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and

Chandigarh to registered business addresses. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not supported.


  1. Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping applies to all bulk orders delivered within our service region.

 

  1. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery is 5–21 business days, depending on the location and courier service.

 

  1. Risk & Insurance

●       All shipments are insured during transit at no additional cost.

●       Kapsons Agencies is not responsible for loss or damage after goods are received by the retailer or their authorized representative.

 

  1. Tracking & Notifications

Dispatch notifications and tracking details will be shared via email once orders are shipped.

 

  1. Address Accuracy

The retailer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Any additional charges due to incorrect addresses will be billed to the retailer.


  1. Partial Shipments

For multi-SKU orders, products may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on availability.
