●       Retailers must maintain accurate, up-to-date business details.

 

3. Orders & Fulfilment

●       Orders are subject to acceptance by Kapsons Agencies.

●       The retailer must confirm delivery and report any issues within 6 business days.

 

4. Payments

●       Payment terms are set per transaction.

●       All invoices are final once confirmed.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform belongs to Kapsons Agencies and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 

6. Conduct & Compliance

●       Retailers must act in good faith and comply with applicable laws.

●       Misuse or breach of these terms may result in account suspension.

 

7. Termination

Kapsons Agencies reserves the right to terminate accounts for policy violations, non-payment, or legal breaches.
